How do you turn depression to uplifting and fun?

In just 6 steps:

  1. Smile it really does help!
  2. Hang around people who love to make you smile!
  3. Know what's a trigger and avoid the trigger(s).
  4. Move around more. 
  5. Set goals, even if they are to just take a shower!
  6. Say one positive thing to your self every day!
