Coping Skills

I don't know if y'all have your own coping skills, but I wanted to share mine!

• Write- who says I can't just let my characters handle everything? 
• Talk- Talk to some one you love
• 5/3/1- Favorites game! 5 things you love, 3 other things you love, 1 thing you love. Categories are a fun way to do this!
• Talk to the door- Instead of yelling at a person, tell the door.
• Bands- Rubber bands! ware it, hold it, play with it.
• Impossible- 10 things you know to be true, and 10 things fake or impossible.
• Create- Draw, color, paint, origami,etc
•  Read- Manga, Sci-Fi, Etc
• "take a hike"- go for a walk
• Music- as high as you can get away with 
• Dance- turn up the music and let it move you

In the video I posted you get to see me and a few students act as if we work for a news company. In the video we  talk about some of the reasons teens shouldn't drink. One person in the video acts like he doesn't care about the facts. Another person acts more sense-able.

My Thoughts on love vs. family

In school we are talking about Romeo & Juliet. So I thought I would talk about that.
More my opinions on parts of it! Let me start with that I don't believe that relationships are more important than family. I do however believe that love can overcome anything! I believe that I control my future no matter what I choose! I say that no matter where you are from you can do anything.

Main thing people need to know is I'm real. I say what I think with out sugar coating it. Some of you wont like this but if you do you might like what I wright. I have given you a small insight of what I wright about already. I talk about High school, love, friendship, and sometimes random things. Now let me go ahead and say i want to know what you think of my blogs and if you want my opinion on anything, to correct me, or want to criticize me.

I know some people hate me. Why I'll never understand! If you dont like me this post is more for you than anyone else. I want to say Thank you because you made me who I am. Because of you I'm beautiful in my own eyes, I'm smart because i tried to prove you wrong, I don't care what others think because you made me indistructible!!! So thank you for being my haters! I love you!

               What Really Happens In Schools?

             What goes on in schools? I mean everyday we wake at unbeliveable hours to get to school. And yeah no one loves to learn more than me. Still I think that we shouldn't have to go to school just to get picked on, bullied, and tested!!!Come on anyone think more people should pick up on this... Teachers blow it off! Parents say its just jelousy! And principals say it's life!!! Anyone out there say we just start a world where everyone is equal? I mean I'm tired of this lets put them on Mars and forget about them!!!!!!!!!!
